Let's turn the page



Now that 1232 Mona is sold, the focus is on the next project. This will take you to a renovation in the pretty old streets of Port Credit.

Our job is to add over 1700 sf of new/reno'd living space. We have completed the demo, excavation, underpinning to allow for a lower basement height in the new area, footings, foundation, waterproofing and weeper installation. The job is expected to be completed in four months.

Once the new front porch demo is complete and its new footing, foundation and slab poured, we will commence with the framing of the addition. The removal of the second floor will commence shortly after the first floor framing is complete.
