Spring Market - Higher priced homes selling

It is nice to see things fall into place as expected. As the season starts, we see lower priced homes sell. In routine fashion those that just sold start to climb the ladder and buy more expensive properties. Over the past two days, examples of good sales were:

  1. A few homes in Oakville, W21, selling or sold conditionally above the $2 million mark.

  2. In Lorne Park, W13, almost half a dozen sales or sold on conditions between the $800k and $1 million mark.

At the same time we are noticing those selling are priced properly. Those not priced well are sitting for over a month and often in need of a price reduction.
