Next leg of Spring Market Kicking in - Solds in Lorne Park

Noticed that the flurry of homes sold about two weeks ago in the $600k and lower price ranges have lead to some movement of homes in the $800k range here in Lorne Park.  Speaking with a mortgage broker last week, the comments were that a move of about $200k up the ladder is very common with clients selling homes priced under $1 million.
